Aha!Todae's DHS Explore aka Amazing Race was fun fun fun!We got the 2nd for the Yellow Route...total ther r 4 routes(times 2 cos got backwards n forward) red blue yellow green...anw each class is seperated into 3 grps...wif facilitators(sc or teachers) to "follow" them...i'm in 2C grp 3 along wif Rachel,Qian Hui,See Wei,Jolynn,Li Yang,Yu Jie,Lin Yun,Si Chun,James,Youri,Shaun and 2 of our facilitators-Cindy(sec4) and Yi Han(alumni)...which was realli fun...although there were sm ppl hu were quiet,there was still Rachel they all to lead us all to cheer n everything...and dey said i was a little quiet den usual...lol...i thought so too..haha...Oh n our facilitators were nice n enthu...dey helped n guided us alot!Btw we got the yellow route 2:The suspension bridge at cosy bay(near the condos near dhs)-Mt Senai-Tanjong Pagar Railway Station-Youth Park-MediaCorp-St John's place(no time to go=.=).Yeah..those were the places we had to go...now bout the clues given:Map-Bible Reference....(Mt Senai is a holy mt)-The place tt is legally belongs to Malaysia-(i 4got)-S(299???)[Singapore postal code =.=]-A place name same as a n island.Yup...sm of the clues lyk the MediaCorp 1 was very HARD to figure out...lucky we had lifelines...n asked the facilitators...the rest was found out by ourselves or ask passers-by...yeah...wif the help of a bus guide n a directory....now i noe how useful is the bus guide....realli very useful if u r to travel to ulu ulu places lyk mediacorp=.= lol...hadta climb up a hill lol....oh yah the tasks given:Pass 5 rubber bands using mouth holding straws frm 1 side of the bridge to another-ans a list of qns bout former rjc-find out how much is the cost of an adult ticket to Malaysia-perform a short item to the public of at least 5 ppl-for bonus pnts take photo wif an artise-din went to St Johns there so i dunno...lol...yeah...tts bout it...anw the former rjc is lyk dark-.-...maybe cos they nv on lights...haha...sm of the stuff i oso 4get liao...but its the process tt is fun...not realli the winning part...but our class-2C- is pro!2C grp3(us) got 2nd and 2C grp 2 got 1st(red)!BUT 2F is proer!!!they got 2 1sts!!!!!!!!!!!!one of the grp came in 1st oso....so lucky..haha...den dey gaf a small prize for 1sts n 2nds...anw we oso took alot of photos...i oso wan the photos de...but dunno hus cameras haf...hahaha...but todae was funfilling.........haha...hope got MORE of dis kind of activities....cos its realli realli realli very enjoyable...n a fun way to noe the places of Singapore anw...now i noe how to get to Mt Senai and youth park...oso the mediacorp la...and the railway station...yep...nth much to add le...cant tink of anything els...hmm...i'm looking forward to tmr oso...heheh....=))
